Dr. Saini was filling in for Dr. Marks when he was off and she performed a rather difficult tooth extraction (due to the fact that one of my roots was curved). Before initiating the procedure, she explained everything in detail as to what she was going to be doing, what I would be experiencing and throughout the procedure kept me informed as to what was happening. She took her time, didn’t race through it and made sure that nothing was going to go wrong. She and her assistant Molly made the extraction as “pleasant” as an extraction could be. And if that wasn’t enough, Dr. Saini phoned me the next day just to see how I was doing and if I had any concerns or questions. (I was doing great btw!)
