Dr. MacInnis is an excellent eye doctor. He has helped me numerous times with questions I have had and concerns about getting glaucoma treatment here in CB. He has always gone out of his way to help me. I’m very confident in him as an ophthalmologist, and am so glad he is here in Cape Breton. His staff is fantastic, always very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Island Eyecare to everyone who asked.

Dr Shaun is awesome. We miss him greatly since he moved to his new location and have considered travelling to see him. He has gone above and beyond for not only my children but my grandparents as well. Anyone who has questions concerning their eyes this is definitely a great knowledgeable Dr.

Over priced glasses and exam at $138 for a basic eye exam and you don't even get your PD (even after insisting) Horrible service!!! never again. You would think that if your paying well above market rate (most of the other places around do it for $80 and below) that they would give you all of the information required to purchase glasses. Considering filing a complaint with the governing body in charge.
