claimed i cancelled my operation to many times.four times.he also said he would not operate on me for that reason.the truth is it is the rules of the hospital and Koubi .let me explain.first cancellation the hospital canceled. the second cancellation was by koubi office . the third i had to cancel i tested positive for covid ,there rules .and the fourth time i tested positive for covid again. o.r. booking the hospital told me do not come for your operation if your sick. thats not fair thats a inconsiderate doctor
