Grace and Sharae are competent therapists and I feel much relief from there acupuncture. Harjit at the front desk is friendly and accommodating. I have so much to be thankful for from this establishment. I look forward to more appointments.

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and sought help through a naturopath and Sharae shortly after. After three menstrual cycles I am feeling less bloated, less emotional and I am pregnant. Sharae was honest with me, extremely compassionate with me and while her availability is limited, she is worth seeing on her days in. I am happy to speak with high regard for this wellness clinic.

Sharae is the best, I have been going to physio, massage and for all other stuff to get my back better none of them was helping and so I’ve see. Sharae about six times, she took her time to understand my situation and patiently worked on my body, the cupping treatment which I never took before really helped me and I started feeling better on my first treatment, now I feel like I found the right person who can make my pain go away, Thankyou Sharae 🙏

The staff working in this office is top notch. I was at the end of my rope and this team collectively worked together to give me the best care. I recommend them for service, parking and location is excellent, billing is seamless. Sharae is easy to talk to and isn't afraid to challenge me and I appreciate that.

I was skeptical to get acupuncture but I am a believer now as my symptoms have improved significantly. I have built an in depth relationship with Dr. Mendoza on levels that I feel like I have never considered before. She puts me in my place as necessary and constantly puts me at ease during my sessions. She is generous like no other and gets to your root problem without hesitation. I originally came to see her for back pain, but we later discovered I was grieving and needed to get a handle on that. While I may always grieve, my back feels a lot better knowing how I can manage on a day to day basis. Sharae is wonderful and so is the rest of her team. Kudos to the entire team.

I have seen Sharae for my painful periods and ridiculous hormone imbalances. I feel 100% my best and look forward to seeing her quarterly as she suggests. The fact that I can get into see her at anytime and she is made available to you is a blessing.

I'd like to give a huge shout out to this healing center for many reasons, but most importantly making me feel welcomed. They are extremely friendly, availability is never an issue and the healing hands across all acupuncturists is equal. I primarily have been seeing Sharae for headaches and incontinence.
