Dr. Stephens has a very pleasant bed-side manner- professional and respectful. Explained everything, listened to and answered my questions and concerns. Day of the procedure the entire staff was also extremely kind and respectful and always introduced themselves, asked if I had questions and explained everything very well. 4 stars were given for punctuality only because procedure before mine ran slightly long, so mine was delayed. So not really a complaint, as it is just something that likely happens from time to time. I would definitely recommend.
