I saw Dr. Sana Al-Imari a year ago for a regular eye checkup at a clinic I regularly go to. This was my first time seeing her. I received my eye prescription, and was told I can keep my current glasses, even though my prescription changed. Now that it's been two years since my checkup, I noticed that in my prescription, there are some additional numbers next to 'OD and OS' that I've never seen before. I found out what they mean, and apparently I have astigmatism! I wasn't told by her that I have astigmatism, and now I am feeling shocked. This is very surprising to me because my past eyeglass prescriptions did not indicate I have astigmatism. I'm upset that I wasn't made fully informed of what my prescription means and what it entails. Overall, I do not rate this doctor well because she did not do a good job, and instead rushed through my appointment.

She is a professional with a personal touch... Her way of explaining what she is doing with your eyes is very detailed and precise. Great Doc!
