His office is not very clean and his staff is not professional. I had to wait 45 mins for him to come in to the exam room when no one else was in the office. He charged me 75.00 for a consult when the only consult he gave me was how much it would cost. He didn't explain the procedure, how long it would be or ANYTHING!! I am in the health care field and never seen a more poorly managed MD office! Stay far away!

His staff is very kind and helpful and Dr. Marefat takes the time to answer all of your questions. He was recommended to me by a surgeon for which I have the utmost respect.

Dr. Marefat did and excellent job addressing my issue with a deviated septum and my desire for a straighter nose. Without me asking he gave me two quotes: 1. septoplasty with full rhinoplasty 2. septoplasty with only a tip rhinoplasty. He was honest telling me I didn't absolutely have to have the full rhinoplasty which I thought was honorable and showed he didn't just work in his field for the money. After my decision to have the septoplasty with just the tip rhinoplasty Dr. Marefat's staff were more then accommodating with my scheduling and insurance. Even now when I see them, they are always smiling, friendly and even remember me and my procedure. My surgery and healing went really well. I felt well cared for, and, after a week, I got my splints out and breathed normally for the first time in my life. It was an amazing feeling! My nose was also straight and elegant. I am so incredibly thrilled with the results and thankful I didn't go through with the full rhinoplasty which shows that he knows what he's talking about. Every time I see a picture I'm amazed at the subtle difference and how much better my nose looks. As for my fixed deviated septum, I went from 3 mins on the elliptical then gasping for air to 30 full mins and the ability to go even longer if I wanted. This surgery has not only changed my level of confidence, but it has also changed my life.

Dr. Marefat and the staff are an awesome team! I had been thinking about liposuction and BBL for many years and after doing my research, I couldn't have picked a better team to do it! I am very happy with the results and would do it all over again! I was initially very scared and nervous about the whole thing but the staff in the front
(Nadia, Roya, Mina) were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable instantly and Dr. Marefat himself was very kind and professional. His work is amazing and I couldn't be happier with my decision!

I wanted a breast augmentation for a long time before I finally pursued surgery. I chose to go Dr.Marefat after reviewing the before/after photos on his website. The moment I got into the office and noticed all the art work and sculptures (which are his own) I got the idea this was his passion and I felt at ease. Dr.Marefat is soft spoken and polite yet confident so I went ahead with the procedure. I ended up getting a breast lift and augmentation (350cc saline implants) and I am so pleased. It was not an easy recovery for me but Roya, the office manager, was available and helpful anytime I called. I highly recommend Dr.Marefat!

no results at all before and after surgery, after suffering all pain,days off from work and loosing money he refused anything to do for me except pay him again and get another surgery.he is not honest and he is not a good surgeon also.most of the staff is hired by him is from his own family. Roya{receptionist) is sister and Nadia is niece these both has no qualification just trained by Doctor.only one doctor in the whole office no nurse or other qualified staff.Receptionist was not helpful.

Dr. Marefat is the epitome of every what every doctor should be. He is caring, personable, and very skilled. He is very professional and patient. For years I was very scared to get a rhinoplasty but the from the second I met Dr. Marefat he put me at ease and I felt very comfortable. I had a tip rhinoplasty performed and was very happy with the results so natural. My Mom even went for fillers and it looked great. Roya is amazing and they work so well together. I will be coming back for sure and will recommend this Dr. to anyone who is looking for a naturalconfident boost. I do not have enough words in this space to allow me to say the wonderful experience I had.

When I first met Dr. Marefat, he immediately put me at ease and comfortable about myself. I had vaser liposuction on my back and liposuction on my arms, I am very happy with the result and will recommend him to all my family and friends. I am also going back to him for more procedures in one month. Dr. Marefat is the best Plastic Surgeon that anyone could ask for! He is also extremely professional, and a true artist!
