She has anger and rage inside of her. She blasted me two times in front of staff while I was sitting in the dental chair because I was speaking my mind. She claims that she studies yoga. She shares videos only to drum up business. She knew what came back from the lab regarding my dental case was incorrect. However, she still moved foward and nstalled # 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. These are upper front teeth. I've been dealing with the oversize and discomfront ever since. I paid my hard-earned money that I saved for dental work and she deceived me. She's a fluke who flounders a fake and a fraud. That's my opinion and experience with Roberta Garceau. She doesn't honor her word. She needs to go back for a re-thread in yoga to learn the meaning of integrity and follow through with what she says she is going to do - especially when accepting money from a patient. My advice to anyone going to her is the following: Caveat Emptor.

She is not who she plays to be. Don't get sold on her placation of non-sense and false words.

Hands Down! She is a nasty witch on wheels. A very hateful individual who thinks she has the right to lash out at others because of her unstable and unpredictable mornings and hot flashes. I thought Roberta Garceau would be my best dentist ever when we first met. I have run into my share of dental quacks over the years who did not follow through on their work / word - as any paying patient would expect them to do. What I mean is the work didn't turn nor did it last as was communicated. After all, my experience has been that dentist in general are too busy focusing on their next 'possible' patient so as to 'win them over' with promising stories of results. I worked with Roberta Garceau for several months as her patient. I observed that she has too many unaddressed and personal issues to be able to focus on any patient's case. In short, it is fair to say that she is okay with dental demolition work as she had conducted on me - but who wouldn't be? She is okay with extractions and fillings. This is the extent of her trade. My experience is that she is not fit for what she is advertising as: 'Great New Smile.' These are false words to lure you in. She is misleading the public. Those words are very thin. The result that she manifested in her unexpressed mind was not achieved. She is not professional with staying in touch with a patient's case as it is being constructed in the hands of the lab - which is right next to her little space / office. She is not able of following through with a plan - if there was ever a plan. She has too many uncontrollable actions going on in her head. Actually, she is very incapable of discussing with a patient any plan at all. She may go about speaking mere words but it is based on what she thinks - with no understanding or say from the patient. She is not capable of following through with what she says even initially. She is not confident with improving one's smile. She will say as she did with me: "if it is not right we will make it right" - as she did with me two different times. She did not make it right. Instead, she took my hard earned money and then dismissed me. She is a fake. She is a fluke. And she is a fraud. She had the nerve to blast me in front of her incompetent, unschooled staff when I was in the dental chair two different times because I would speak my mind. I do not know what kept my cool other than knowing that I was waiting for my crowns to be returned from the lab - next door mind you. In other words, she knew she had me in her dark uncertain web and that there was little I could do - at that time. The result of her incompetent work has resulted in dental concerns for me to this day. There are specific steps printed out to undertake per the requirements of the lab and of any company regarding the bonding / cementation solutions when installing dental crowns to assure proper settings and adhesion. I entrusted she would follow through on this. She failed me on this very critical step, and she knows it. I had fourteen crowns installed under her uncaring and uncertain care. She applied the required steps per the specs to only three crowns. I had questioned her about this, and she did not answer. I have had issues with several of the crowns to date that she unethically and wrongfully installed. I will follow up on what happened with another review / comment. More to follow. Stay tuned.
