Dr. Payne was seen for urinary retention. He was very approachable and put me at ease.
He prescribed medication that helped a great deal. Having to cancel follow up appointment 2x and
1x same day for Covid

I can't say enough of how impressed I was with Dr. Payne and his staff! My son was seen at emerg for an issue that needed to be seen quickly and his office was able to get us in and surgery done before the emerg referred urologist even called us for an appointment! What a nice fellow and his staff is so caring. Everyone made us feel safe and gave us confidence during a scary time. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could!

Had multiple in person appointments with Dr. Payne. During those visits he would forget about medications I had tried and would try to prescribe them again, despite them not working. Despite the drugs not working, he refused to change his diagnosis. When I asked for an exploratory procedure, he assured me it would find nothing, but relented and booked the procedure to be done by another Urologist. The procedure DID find problems and allowed for a diagnosis, which was different that what Dr. Payne has provided. When I booked a follow-up phone appointment with Dr. Payne's office, he never called. His secretary told me they assumed I was sticking with the new Urologist. Why book an appointment then? I believe Dr. PAYNE never called me because he knew he had been wrong and didn't want to hear about it.

Never had such a pleasant experience. Went in for my son and Dr Payne made him very comfortable and answered all our questions. Made jokes with my son and was so kind. The entire staff was unbelievable kind and friendly. Fantastic!

Kind. Friendly. Funny. Great with children. My son is almost 10 and was curious about circumcision at his age. Dr Payne explained everything to him about the procedure, the recovery, and the reasons why people choose to and choose not to get it done. He allowed time for my son (and me and his dad) to ask questions and verify any concerns. We never felt like we were wasting his time. I was very impressed.

Dr. Payne is honest, respectful, honest, polite and helpful . He is the type of doctor who actually listens and cares. Would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Payne.
