Dr.Payne and his staff are great! From the nurse to Sandy (receptionist) , they treat you with the utmost respect. He has great bedside manors ( when I was in for stone removal) also while in his office for "follow up" appointments. Works remotely or in person. Hand over your kidneys to him, you won't regret it!

From the time I booked the appointment, to visiting the clinic I was amazed by the care. Reception is so accommodating and warm. There was another woman there, behind the desk (I think another Dr,) and we chatted as my son and I waited for Dr Payne. Both ladies were lovely.
Dr Payne was punctual, calm, attentive, gentle and put my sons (and mine) mind at ease pretty quickly. His bedside manner is wonderful and he is very thorough in his plan of care moving forward.
We are so grateful to have been referred here… if only it wasn’t sooner.
Personally, I would recommend Dr. Payne to any family, you’re in good hands.

A one of a kind doctor; Dr. Payne never hesitates to give his patients the absolute best care possible. Very punctual, invested, and diligent in following up/post operative care. The nurse and office administrator are also lovely. Highly highly recommend.

Dr Payne and his office staff were pleasant from the beginning to the end. I was very nervous about getting my son circumcised but Dr Payne made the process a breeze. My son suffered no grievances and didn’t even seem to notice during or after the procedure. Dr Payne was also available for questions weeks after the procedure to clarify and follow up. Highly recommend!!

My son needs an operation. At his first appointment with Dr. Payne he was not properly examined and told to come back for a circumcision as his hypospadias wasn't that bad. Then told i needed to pay full amount for circumcision up front and deposit which I did. On the day of the circumsision Dr. Payne said he was now canceling our appointment and I would get a full refund by that evening. That a referral for the operation was being sent to sick kids right away and I wouldn't hear from anyone for about a year and the operation would take place in probably closer to 2 years. I had to chase down my refund for weeks and then it was emailed to an email i never gave them. Then 6 months later (yesterday) I am at sick kids with my son for something unrelated and decided to confirm with them that they had received our referral. THANK GOD I ASKED BECAUSE THE REFERRAL WAS NOT MADE ATALL!!! I called Dr Paynes office and asked what was going on and was told by the receptionist that i would get a call back by the end of the day she needed to read my file.. She called back the next day (today) to tell me today a referral was made for a different doctor because the one I was told now has a wait list is too long to wait. I asked if I hadn't called them yesterday about my referral would I even have a referral today or would I have found out a year from now that one was never made. She hung up on me.
