Outstanding! Dr. Reid and Sarah were so kind and professional. The check-in and check-out was fast & easy. They took care of my insurance. Everyone was like family. They listened. They cared. I even had to call after hours and was called back within 15 minutes and again the next morning to check on me (I was fine). Buying eyeglasses was just as easy. How lovely to have a positive and pleasant doctor's office experience. Thank you! -Ann Ludeke

After a few years of suffering through poor prescriptions, I finally found Berkeley Eye Center. With Dr. Reid and his staff, I was finally able to get a pair of glasses that worked! Because my vision was so distorted from the old prescription, it took 2 exams over a couple of months, and several more visits for lens corrections, but I could finally see without any blurring or squinting. Through it all, the staff was friendly and understanding. That was a year ago. I just went in for my annual exam, and Dr. Reid couldn't believe my vision has actually improved. Amazing what a correct prescription can do. Thank you, Berkeley. Jim Agoold
