Staff is rude. There are three receptionist up front that are suppose to check you in so you get in line and wait to be assisted. A woman walks in while we are waiting in line and she is helped immediately because she knowas one of the receptionist. Dr. Couch has no regard for you time and has a real issue with looking at me while he communicates. Searching for a new doctor now.

Dr Couch has been our doc for 11 yrs- we began with him as our Pedi for our first child and then when our triplets came he took them on as well. He has handled many frantic calls over the years and been able to never make it feel like I am a hysterical mom- he believes in the "mom's gut feeling" but also will be kind in telling me when he knows I just need to hear the Dr say my kid is ok. He has been wonderful and caught many things in my pre term kids that I wouldn't have expected a non specialist to catch. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

We love Dr. Couch and refer all of our friends to him. We have been taking our children to him since our first child was born (7 years ago). His laid back bedside manner really puts the kids at ease and he always takes a lot of time to ask questions and explain.

I couldn't imagine going to any other doctor for my 3 children. We have seen him since my first one was born. He knows all of my childrens names, listens to me (the mother) and helps with my fears and acknoledges my concerns. I recommend him to everyone that I know. I had to take my daughter to another doctor in his practice because dr couch was on vacation and him misdiagnosed my daughter twice! I then took her to dr couch when he returned and the second he walked in the room he diagnosed her and she was better within 24 hours! I love Dr. Couch.

Dr. Couch has a very poor bedside manner. He does not listen to the patient. We have switched peditricians as a result of his poor communication skills. I was also NOT impressed by the staff--the office manager treats the employees like children and is unneccesarily bossy.
