prescribed medicines that I had already listed as having allergic or adverse reactions to. would not hospitalize me for A-Fib episode and sent me home with no treatment to only drag myself to his office next day still struggling to walk and breathe. someone from his staff listed that I was taking a medicine prescribed for Crones disease of which never had. and no one from his office would return my calls on 2 occasions about my care.
