I have been a patient with Stonebridge Dentistry for the last 5 years and i can say confidently that Dr. Rishi is the BEST Dentist in Wasaga Beach. The whole experience is wonderful and the office is so nice. Amazing place.

I attended at stonebridge dentistry several months ago and was treated by the above mentioned dentist. I had my upper teeth removed elsewhere, but I was now residing in Wasaga Beach. I had a fragment of tooth pressing into my gums, causing me pain and I made an appointment to have it removed. Prior to the arrival of the dentist, the assistant injected the area in question with some product that froze the area. The doctor was able to remove the fragment after approximately 2 minutes. I was surprised at the fee it being $ 483, as I had been verbally quoted an approximate price of $250. I returned home and after the freezing wore off, I felt another small object in the same area that where the work had been done to remove the tooth fragment. I contacted the dentist's office and the receptionist arranged an immediate appointment. The dentist could not find the object in my mouth until I pointed it out to him after he requested for me to do so. He removed this item, which he suggested was a piece of bone. The dentist managed to do all this within 5 minutes, after which he announced loud enough for everyone to hear, including patience in the waiting room that there would be no additional fee! My point is $483 for 7 minutes of his time? And I had to point out to him where the remaining item was!
No of course this is my version of the events that took place. All I would like to point out is that there are several other dentists in the general vicinity. It is your choice whether you choose to believe my version of the story. Shop around!

Wonderful experience, Modern, super clean all the staff are kind and professional. Don’t believe everything you read. Dr. P is VERY professional and courteous. I am recommending this off to everyone who asks.

I had an emergency done and end up paying some extra service that they Charged. I asked why I have this bill. They said “don’t worry it’s covered with your insurance”. Not your money as the Dr Rishi explained to me. It’s not a good business practice and it’s fraud if you ask me. Just beware always check your bill.

I have been visiting Dr Panchal for almost two years. I thought I had excellent care with his predecessor , but he has increased my expectations even higher. He provides excellent care, thoughtful options, and is just an all round nice guy.

Dr Rishi and staff are professional and caring; You’re not just a number. They give options for dental work as I cannot afford implants and crowns
