He takes his patience serious. He takes time to explain things, he listen to what i have to say, i feel comfortable talking to him about my health. Overall he's a great Doctor.

Had test done in July. Never spoke to him yet. Went on holidays and didn’t get back to us. 3 times schedule to call. Never did. He is unreliable!!!!!!

This man is a saint, My son was seen by him and he has extreme anxiety. His staff is so amazing and caring, and he did everything in his power to help my son with his anxiety while dealing with some very scary health issues for my son. They are all so patient and that is rare when dealing with patients all day long

Met him after a trip to emergency with serious kidney issues! He was very good with explaining my issues and the required procedures. Several procedures required and completed in a timely manner. No complaints and would recommend him to all!

Not that interested in actually helping me with interest? Lousy phone contact and no invitation for office visit.
Only if these lazy OHIP billing urologists could actually experience KIDNEY STONES AND THE PAIN THEY EXHIBIT in their own bodies....I'm absolutely sure that their patients would benefit much and also get the respect that they deserve....rather than their 3 hour lunches and late arrivals to the office.

Dr. Violette and his staff are the BEST!!! He explains everything going on, what options I might have. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and dedicated doctor. I am lucky to have been referred to him.
