As a physician myself, I would like to praise Dr. Schneider's knowledge, judgement and communication skills. I had recently been diagnosed with a herniated disc and had been advised to have emergent surgery by another physician. Dr. Schneider expedited my evaluation and recommended against surgery. Six weeks after my diagnosis, I am pain free and have resumed exercise. Dr. Schneider even had specific recommendations for an ongoing exercise regimen. His office staff is courteous and waiting times were minimal. I highly recommend his practice.

Dr Schneider is a spine surgeon and has been managing my care for conditions from two work accidents that mostly don’t need surgery. He is a fantastic doctor. The very first time I saw him he pulled out my MRI films, and held them to the light on the ceiling, and noticed a disk issue in my neck that two other doctors had missed. He has full and complete knowledge of his field. He has a truly exceptional degree of intellectual temperament. And, of all the doctors I have seen, it was Dr Schneider’s referrals for treatment, and referrals to other very, very fine doctors that made the most difference in putting me on the road to getting my health back. Thank you Dr Schneider from the very bottom of my heart. Because of your knowledge, referrals to the wonderful doctors you know, and your referrals that let me choose, I have really hit the jackpot and I am finally on the road to getting my health back after 2 years of truly awful pain.

Dr. Schneider may be adequate in some areas, but doesn't seem to know what he doesn't know. When my husband saw him for severe, disabling pain across the upper body, Dr. Schneider diagnosed a pinched nerve and treated it with large doses of prednisone which did little except cause significant GI tract problems. After months of agony, he offered surgery. Getting another opinion, a neurologist prescribed a nerve medication which alleviated the pain within hours. Scary. Very scary.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. This doctor and his entire office staff are incompetent and indifferent. My stepfather has suffered with pinched nerves in his neck for 6 mos and was deteriorating rapidly (could not dress, eat or walk on his own). Dr. Schneider went on a lengthy vacation and did not leave name or number of a backup doctor. We had an appt. his first day back in the office. While in the waiting room for an hour, my stepfather had a seizure or stroke (we still don't know for sure). I got up and told the nursing/reception station - and they did NOTHING. They didn't even get out of their seat. 911 was called, EMTs arrived and were angry that no one had even checked his vitals. Ambulance took him to the nearest hospital (where Schneider happens to practice). Two days later, Schneider has not stopped to check on on my stepfather. Neurologist at the hospital says Schneider did not prescribe essential nerve medications or perform an important test indicated for this situation.

This doctor did back surgery on me for a buldging disk, after the operation I ended up with a limp and once I told the doc about this he told me that I had arthritis in my leg, I ended up having two different surgeons examine me to find out that my problem came from the surgery that he performed on me now I am crippled for life because of THAT doctor that LIED to me and I waited to long to sue his !!!.

The PA told my daughter post-surgery that she should toughen up. Only thing was, she had another bulging disc. Not at all professional.

After 10 years of searching doctor to doctor, finally I found this doctor who was candid, helpful, knowledgeable and he told me at least partially, what so many others couldn't. What was wrong with me. A Simple procedure. A simple approach. Great doctor

His staff is incompetent. Fitted me for a neck traction unit backwards. They are always running at least one hour late. Performed spine surgery on my husband who was never relieved of his pain. Did not listen to my husband's complaints of ongoing pain. Just chalked it up to poor rehab. My husband had to have a second spine surgery, with another doctor of course. This is a high volume, churn 'em in churn 'em out practice. I would not recommend this doctor or this practice.
