I've been sitting on this review for two years just to be sure I wasn't out of line, but I can say with certainty that my experience with Dr. Pham was poor. I visited him at Oregon Foot & Ankle Specialists. I was having intense pain, bruising and welts on my feet for the second winter in a row. I had no idea what the problem could be, and when I was seen by Peter he quickly decided that my shoes must be too small. I told him the problem only presents in winter, but he was adamant that it couldn't be anything else. 3 weeks of intense pain later I found out I had Chilblains, a cold-weather foot and hand issue that a foot specialists definitely should have known. Two years later of following chilblain prevention practices and I haven't had any issues. This doctor laughed at my concerns (along with his assistant) and took my money without actually doing anything to help. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
