About as smart as he looks (an imbecile).
Absolutely insane and morbidly hilarious that he's a psychiatrist.
Quite mentally disturbed himself.
A psycopath.

Ignorant, unreasonable.
Indifferent, and very rude.
Very patronizing and condescending.
Takes a hostile and even threatening tone.
Threatens unjustified measures.
Tries to intimidate the patient.
And last but not least, calls mental health patients “crazies”.
