"After retiring from teaching I began experiencing shoulder pain which stopped me from doing yoga and pilates. Paul listens very well and spends time with me asking pertinent questions to understand my issue. He gets to the cause of my problems very quickly and devises a treatment plan and strategy that is effective so I can return to doing the things I love!
