This is by far the best eye care place that I've gone to. The office is simply beautiful and very spacious The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain in details how my insurance worked. I gave the punctuality rating a 4 simply because it wasn't a quick in and out thing, but it's hard to fault the office since they were busy and Dr. Tran took time with his patients. I left his exam room learning more about my eyes then I ever did before. He was cordial and very personable. I also found some nice frames from this optical. The selection was abundant, so it was not difficult to find something that I liked. I have not picked up my glasses yet, but I expect that I would not have any problems with them since my experience here has been nothing short of perfect. However, I will repost if there is any problem. I definitely would recommend this office to all my family and friends! JS
