Dr Airia always is very caring towards me and thorough. She always tries to find a quicker appointment time for her network specialists for me . If they don’t have a quick appointment for me she tells me to call the office to get a quicker appointment. My experience with Dr Airia is that she takes her time and listens to me and truly cares.

I really like Dr. Airia’s associate, Dr. Li Qun. However, I haven’t seen Dr. Airia at the office in a few years, I read below that she was going through personal matters, which I totally get. I just can’t really review her when she’s never there.

This doctor saved my life. I saw her after a few emergency visits without any definite answer to my symptoms. Dr. Airia listened to me very patiently and spent almost half an hour with me that day and after performing some tests, she diagnosed me with simple treatable condition that resolved all my symptoms! I am able to eat again thanks to her patience and knowledge.

I have been with Dr. Airia since she graduated and have followed her when she moved her practice. I knew she was going through her family member’s critical illness through word of mouth and I appreciate that she hired an associate to take care of us. She is not only very knowledgeable but very caring and cares for us from the bottom of her heart.

To piggy back on some of the other comments, I don’t find the office to be very responsive. Appointments seem to be hard to come by. I will say that I like the other doctor that works with Dr. Airia. I usually only ever see her. Not sure when Dr. Airia works but I haven’t seen her post-pandemic.

Dr Airia is not responsive at all , not informative in person (leaves me with many questions), does not perform basic physical checks when asked. It is disappointing to have her as a family doctor.

Dr. Crawley and Vivian were always able to get you an appointment within a reasonable time. If you get through to Dr. Airia’s office, the available appointments are always far out. For example, for a time sensitive medication refill, I will often be told the next available appointment is in a few weeks. I called a couple of months ago with suspected pneumonia and again there were no available appointments. I had to go to a walk in clinic. I just don’t really see the point of having a family doctor if they’re never available.

Dr. Airia herself is extremely nice and caring. She is also very knowledgeable and does her best to help you. However, her front desk staff is not very nice and very abrupt. I honestly like Dr. Airia better than my previous family doctor but her assistant is nowhere close to Vivian.

I was a patient of Dr. Crawley since I was 17, I’m 45 now. My entire family was a patient including my son. Was saddened when she retired and was reassured that she was giving her practice to the best doctor. I have been nothing but disappointed not solely with Dr Aria but her practice in a whole. Her receptionist is beyond rude and intruding and can’t get an appointment for weeks! That’s if her receptionist calls you back! Trying to get a refill on even a medication that’s life saving is like pulling teeth and wants a co-pay like pardon! I’m sure if Dr crawley was aware who she sold her practice too she and Vivian would be appalled
