I took my son to Podiatrist Neha Arora at the MediFeet location. She was very courteous and professional. His pain has reduced significantly and he has not complained recently. He's much happier playing and sleeps better too. The podiatrist was thorough in explaining the reasons why my son's feet were hurting. Her recommendation for custom made orthotics have worked very well. The clinic facility was also very clean and modern.

I went there for problem of plantar fasciitis and dr neha arora suggested shock wave therapy. It helped me a lot. I had to use voltaren twice a day for 5 days for the problem and after starting this shockwave thearpy I never required voltaren. Thank you Dr. Neha Arora for suggesting it.

As a diabetic, foot care is very important. I also walk a lot. I was experiencing pain on the sole of one foot. I was referred to this clinic on Lakeshore Rd by someone who was being treated there. The office is immaculate, the staff professional and the doctor was excellent. She diagnosed the problem— corn & calluses, removed them and trimmed my nails. I will be going back!

Good experience with the podiatrist. Dr.Neha made special on demand cuztomised orthotics for my feet which have fully got rid of my pain. I am hoping these last for a while.

Visited her for heel and ankle pain. She seemed more interested in doing an orthotic than addressing my problem. She doesn’t listen and seems to have no clue how to perform simple task of inspecting your footwear and reconfirm the right size. I suggest find another podiatrist who cares to address your concerns rather than make a quick buck selling you footwear and orthotics. The clinic is also unclean and dingy.

While entering the clinic, you need to remove shoes and walk on a floor that doesn't seem to be clean. Didn't feel comfortable removing my shoes. It is a MediFeet clinic where people with feet problems like warts are being treated. No disposable socks or slippers provided. You can easily get into troubles and can get new feet problems there. Also when a doctor put my feet against a machine to scan , she didn't clean it. She might be a great doctor, but as a doctor she should be aware of a hygiene. that is not the case.
