This Dr was rude, arrogant and dangerous. He stated my past five years of care were handled wrong. Told me the medicine I was taking could kill me. Then prescribed 3 medicines that all have dangerous reactions with one another. Pharmacist caught this dangerous error - which included seizures and death as a moderate risk. He directed me to stop my current medication without proper time to slowly get out of my system - even when asked and explained that I would be in pain and was scared. Prescribed seizure medicine when I do not have any disorder and falsely listed many ailments on my chart that I do not have nor have ever had.
