Dr. Mike Louw is approachable, professional, and empathetic and gave a detailed explanation of what was happening with my mental wellbeing. I felt I was listened to, heard, and understood. I was shown easy and helpful tools or techniques I could practice daily to desensitize trauma. I appreciated your expertise and valuable time.
