I am 17 years old and had an MPFL Reconstruction Procedure done at the end of February 2024. This was my second procedure done by Dr. Mike Barrow (Had the temporary procedure done in 2022 as I was still growing - so now I had MPFL Done) and both outcomes were incredible. Six weeks post OP (As of posting) I am able to jog and cycle without any discomfort. Mike always has a smile on his face and is exceptional at what he does. He explained everything to me regarding the type of procedure, how it is done, recovery time (estimate) + a 4-5 Page document covering everything. The staff at his practice are professional, respectful, hardworking and always have a smile on their face. Thank you again Mike for fixing my knee!

I am a rider in my mid- 60s and had to have double hip replacement. Had them one after the other and was riding again three months after the second op with absolutely no pain or discomfort. Dr Barrow was very professional and supportive.

I am a 50 year old woman and an avid cyclist and runner. Unfortunately I got a lateral meniscus root tear which turned out to be quite a difficult injury to fix and would take a long time to heal. I went to a couple of orthopedic surgeons to find out what could be done and all of them wanted to remove the meniscus (with which there was nothing wrong!)This meant that my running and cycling career would be over which was not an option. Fortunately I came across Dr Barrow via a friend of mine. Dr Barrow assured me that he didn't have to remove the meniscus and performed the transtibial technique which not many doctors are able to perform due to the complexity of the operation. This was 2 years ago and I am happy to report that my knee is 100% back to normal. This includes running and cycling. I would definitely recommend Dr Barrow.

Dr Mike Barrow is an absolute expert in his field, specializing in knee surgery. My son was diagnosed with laxity of the ligaments as well as a higher patella alta in both his knee’s. Dr Barrow operated on both knees and I am very pleased to say that he changes my son’s life. There is no way that a mother can thank someone enough for what he done.

Both operations was a huge success and I would recommend him to anyone.
