Dr. Hartman is the best. He cares, kindhearted and super helpful. We are so pleased to have him as our doctor. I referred him my sister and she got pregnant very soon after. Thank you so much doctor!!

Dr. Hartman and his head nurse Aliza are a wonderful team. I have gone through multiple rounds of cycle monitoring, IUIs and, most recently, an egg retrieval. It has been a very stressful year but I have always felt very respected and never pushed/rushed to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with – my husband and I didn’t want to rush into doing IVF until we exhausted all other possible options. Because of COVID, my interactions with Dr. Hartman have been limited but anytime I had any questions or concerns, the nurses would get back to me very quickly. Anytime I do speak with Dr. Hartman he is so kind and takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and ensure I feel at ease with whatever the next step is. Aliza is an angel who is as equally brilliant and loving and is always there to provide support in anyway possible. Aliza did my IUIs and tried her best to make it as quick, painless and stress-free as possible. She is truly amazing! There are several other nurses at the clinic, especially Kathleen, Romina, and Savanna who are also wonderful and do a great job at explaining things and calming you down during the very stressful/sad times. The bloodwork and ultrasound techs are amazing, quick, gentle, and always try to make you smile. The clinic is very respectful of COVID rules – they schedule appointments to ensure you’re not waiting long. I’ve heard several horror stories of the downtown clinics where patients are waiting 3 hours every time they go in for monitoring in a room full of people. I was especially touched and grateful to Dr. Hartman for calling me at 9pm a couple of days before my egg retrieval to check in on me and assure me that everything was going well. He also did my egg retrieval on a Saturday when he wasn’t originally scheduled to be working. I will be eternally grateful to him for this as it made the procedure less stressful knowing that he would be there as opposed to another doctor who I had no previous interaction with. Because I have PCOS I was so worried about OHSS but I have recovered well. I don’t know how or when this journey will end but, so far, my experience with Dr. Hartman and his team has been very positive.

I am so lucky to have Dr Hartman being my doctor, he is very patient and answer all the questions I have. His assistant Aliza is also excellent, she is very nice and responsive. I got pregnant very soon since I met with Dr Hartman.I will definitely recommend him to peoples who want to have baby!

Dr. Hartman is one of the kindest doctors I have ever encountered. He clearly cares so much about his patients emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. I would recommend him to anyone going through any issues related to fertility. I specifically appreciate his patient centered care, really coming to the level of the patient and working with us to meet our needs and goals. Although with covid we have had virtual visits, he never rushes me off the phone, answers all my questions and makes me feel valid in feeling anxious about my situation. Not to mention the lovely staff (front staff, nurses!, phlembotomists and ultrasound techs etc.) everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. With covid they take protocol seriously and I was always taken in right away! The office itself is beautiful, warm and welcoming. We are lucky to have a doctor like him in Thornhill! If you were considering where to go for your fertility questions and treatments, look no further!

I saw Dr. Hartman after two years of trying and never having a successful pregnancy. Not only did he help us achieve our dreams, but now we are pregnant again with our second child. Dr. Hartman is kind, sympathetic and so knowledgeable. His entire team is an absolute delight and I really couldn't be more grateful to all of them. Infertility can be so defeating, but if you have this team on your side I can tell you that the journey is 100 times easier! I should also mention that they are all personable and make you feel like part of the family.

I saw Dr. Hartman at his Thornhill office for almost 2 years. My husband and I met later in life and after trying to conceive for a little while realized we likely needed help. It's hard to describe the fear of not knowing if or when you'll get pregnant or be a mom. Dr. Hartman and his team were exactly what I needed. His calm demeanor and expertise really impacted how I felt and went through treatment. His secretary Lynne and his nurse Aliza supported me every step of the way as well. They are all phenomenal. I am so grateful to these people who make you feel like you're their top priority and who really seemed to share in my journey both during the lows and thankfully- the ultimate high - my beautiful baby girl.
