Dr Bester is beyond kind who listens and makes you feel heard! She is always so happy and upbeat and just a joy to be around! An absolute fantastic Doctor!

My prescription has been stable for 20 years. Went in for routine checkup. Bester decided to change it and added astigmatism. Gave me an incorrect prescription and ended up with headaches. It was a pain to get back in to have her recheck my prescription. She changed the prescription again. Still have headaches and that after paying to have my prescription glasses changed twice thanks to her. Will be going elsewhere. I found all the clinic really cared about was selling their products, eye mask, vitamins etc.
