Oh my gosh she was amazing! I got an iud put it but was first given a prescription for an anxiety pill because she saw I was nervous. It helped tremendously. It was quick, she was nice, and I felt comfortable... well as comfortable as you can be in that situation. Thank you for being so helpful

Dr. Walters was a breath of fresh air! My doctor referred me to her when my periods stopped for no apparent reason and I didn’t want to go back to the awful OB I went to with my pregnancy. She was kind, thoughtful , funny, and took her time. Her staff was friendly and helpful. It was night and day from my previous experience..I wish I’d had her when I was pregnant! I highly, highly recommend her.

I would NEVER recommend this doctor or clinic to anyone. I was referred to Dr Leslea A. Walters in Novemberafter an abnormal PAP test. After waiting months I had my first visit in January, only to discover when the exam room door opened, I was not seeing Leslea A Walters but instead her male inern. ( I actually hope he will leave this clinic as he was very compassionate. ) 5 weeks after this appointment I was suppose to have a phone call from Dr. Walters with my biopsy results. I waited all day and received no call, the following day.. no call again. Finally I went to the office in person to inquire. The staff was very rude and unapologetic.. The excuse was she can get busy... The missed call was February 28th and they advised me the next available time she could call me was March 13!!! All I wanted was to know my results. At that point I requested my results just be sent to my GP as I could not deal with such an incompetent clinic. A few days later I visited my GP only to discover the results had not been sent. Also at my initial appointment the intern advised they would be sending me to the HSC Colposcopy clinic to treat abnormal cells. My GP called the Colposcopy to check on my appointment only to discover Dr.Walters failed to sent in the referral. So my recommendation is if you value your time and health find another Gynecologist.

During my first pregnancy, Dr. Walters took over for my original OBGYN and I absolutely loved her! She was at Wpg Clinic at the time, and her receptionist was also amazing. She was always very personable, never felt rushed during my appointments and she was always very thorough. She delivered both of my daughters via c-section and took care of me and any concerns I had. I would highly recommend her to anyone! She was wonderful!

I came to see Dr. Walters after being scarred from seeing other OB/Gyn's at Dominion Centre. (St. Boniface). She was a breath of fresh air! Understanding, friendly, and listened to all of my questions and concerns. She scheduled tests in a timely manner. Her staff even called me at home when they weren't sure which Birth control choice I had made, and called in the prescription without a problem. They were also great about fielding questions for me to Dr. Walters.
She was sympathetic about my past experiences and really vindicated and believed me. Highly recommend!

She was professional, attentive and kind. She listened to all of my concerns and responded with well informed answers. She is compassionate and just fun! Her main receptionist Victoria is outstanding. I have never met a more competent, hard working and genuine administrative assistant. She knew me by name, after my first one or two visits. I would recommend Dr. Walters to anyone. She's amazing!

Was referred by my GP, received a letter in mail for appt in February 2022, appt was rescheduled 3 more times from the office due to drs holidays, then deciding to take a day off, followed up by illness, each time the appt was cancelled, it was out out an additional 3-4 weeks, finall had in person appt in May 2022 booked for 9:30 am, was not seen until 10:30 am, follow blood work requested to be done ASAP went right away, follow-up appt was to be virtual, and was cancelled again due to dr, taking holidays & rebooked 5 weeks out. During virtual appt, dr walkers placed a prescription at local drug store and said I would be hearing from assistant asap for appt… 3 weeks later I called for appt - the soonest I can get in 6 weeks. A simple appt for an IUD replacement has gone on for 8 months at this point. This clinic is basically saying our time is more important than yours.
