Our family member was in the ER over the holidays.

We got excellent support from nursing in the psychiatry section and Dr. Tourian's team.

The team looked very busy, but he took the time to meet us and help our family member. We appreciate it a lot; it was a very reassuring interaction.

We already got a phone call for an appointment at the hospital near our home in DDO. We are very happy.

Médecin très gentil. Très serviable et humain.
Ils avaient l'air débordés dans la salle d'urgence mais ont pris le temps de me parler. Très patient.
C'était ma première expérience avec un psychiatre et j'ai été rassuré.

I have met him twice .I felt hopeful about my situation for once. He did impose anything on me was will to see me even when my appartement was messed up. Thank you for your help dr.

Great doc!

Very helpful!

He saw me at the emergency room of Saint-Mary's. He took my problems seriously as opposed to the other hospital I went to who completely dismissed my issues. Thank you dr leo

I’ve always wondered why people comment about their doctor experiences online. Reading through this page, most people’s comments are glowing. I was so anxious about meeting a psychiatrist, couldn’t sleep for two days and was going to cancel because I was anxious, but I needed help and knew I had to talk to someone. I was lucky that someone was Dr. Tourian. I was anxious about meeting him, fearing he would diagnose me and force me to take pills. It was not that at all. We discussed my symptoms and treatment options, and I felt empowered and safe. I wanted to share that here because it was a very positive experience. I felt like I had a voice, and was not told what to do but given a list of different things that could help me.

Decent human being. Took the time to listen even if his team looked overwhelmed. Took some time to get the paperwork we needed but no fault of his. Our family wanted to highlight this doctor's patience and kindness in helping our son who is struggling mentally. This was our first contact with mental services and we were very scared. We left the emergency room breathing easier. Thank you Dr. Tourian
