Incredible doctor! Both in terms of effectiveness and also in terms of emotional support. I've never felt more cared for. Our family would absolutely recommend Dr. Eisman!

Dr. Eisman and my assigned coordinators, Marlen and Leslie, were my absolute dream team. I had gone through a couple of unsuccessful rounds of IVF at another clinic before switching to RSC Bay Area. My consultation with Dr. Eisman was a night and day experience from the start. She reviewed my files, listened to our story, and made suggestions tailored specifically to my husband and me. When going through IVF, it's essential to have someone you trust who knows what they're doing and also treats you like a human being going through a sensitive journey. I not only received that from Dr. Eisman but also from Marlen and Leslie; they became people I could share my fears and concerns with. We underwent two rounds at RSC, both tailored to my diagnosis, and learned something from each round. The second round was successful, and during the first trimester, my fears and anxiety were at an all-time high. My team worked through it with me, never judged me, and kept encouraging me. I've officially graduated from IVF and am halfway through pregnancy, and I couldn't thank my team enough. I would hands down recommend them to anyone who needs to take this route. I don't live in the Bay Area and had to drive far to each appointment, but it was absolutely worth it.

My husband and I worked with Dr. Eisman to grow our family from January-November of 2022. We just delivered our healthy baby boy July of 2023. Dr. Eisman and RSC were there for us during an extremely challenging time in our lives. We’re so grateful to them for helping us grow our family. Dr. Eisman listened to what we had gone through prior to working with her. She ran applicable tests and spoke to us about the possible reasons we were having difficulty conceiving. She explained possible steps for us to take. It was a journey, and with guidance, we did timed Intercourse, IUI and ultimately, IVF. We were in no way pressured to do IVF, Dr. Eisman was supportive of any direction we wanted to go in; IVF was what was best for our family. We had a fantastic experience, she is incredibly communicative, and the whole team at RSC is so caring and knowledgeable. We learned a lot throughout the process! I couldn’t recommend RSC or Dr. Eisman enough. We had a great experience, even though it was a very challenging time in our lives. I commend the people, nurses, doctors, embryologists that choose to do this every day, and help others. We are excited to continue to grow our family with the clinic. Thank you to everyone, we are so grateful.

Dr Eisman and the team at RSC Bay Area did a phenomenal job in helping us to complete our family. We were able to get an initial appointment to go through our fertility history and Dr Eisman went into great detail on how to approach a diagnosis. After going through all the initial tests, Dr Eisman came up with a plan that suited our insurance and our diagnosis. There was so much support from the entire team and after several months, we were pregnant with our first baby. Our daughter is now 4 months old and we are forever grateful to Dr Eisman. She was so understanding and warm with her approach to a difficult topic for so many people and she made us feel heard and supported. We’d seen other doctors about infertility before and were encouraged to just keep trying. Dr Eisman was the first one to really listen and hear us. We are so thankful for Dr Eisman and the team.
