Reception is rude. Got an invite to join new doctors nearly a year ago and heard nothing. Rang today and told ah well then you didn’t get accepted and nothing we can do. I haven’t had a doctor in about 2 years. Nice to know doctors care more about money than helping people.

Hi, while many patients submitted applications to join the practice, we are unfortunately not in a position to take every patient and do our best to accept as many as possible based on a list of criteria including proximity to the practice, current healthcare provision, family with the practice already etc. The practice has temporarily paused accepting new patients in order to maintain access and minimise wait times for our current patients. This will be reviewed when another doctor joins our practice next month. If you have a medical card, you can ask the HSE to assign you to a doctor's list in your area.

Dear Dr. O'Brien, Having returned from Canada last year, planning on settling back in Ireland, I'm wondering if there is any way I can see you in the Clinic where you work as my temporary accommodation is in Dublin 4. As your Clinic is busy and I was unable to leave a message, I am willing to see you privately if all else fails. Any suggestion? Thank you. Angela C.

Hey Dr. O'Brien. I came on here to see if you had just maybe missed Canada and moved back haha. I was fortunate to have you for a brief time just before you left. You had given me some great tips on controlling my weight and finally got diagnosed with diabetes by you. I'm finally feeling alot better and going back to my old energetic self. Thank you Dr. O'Brien for actually hearing out my symptoms and concerns. You are one of a kind. I'm jealous of you Ireland residents!! Grr

Hi, as of last Monday, we have established Clondalkin Family Practice. RateMDs seems to be very US based (classes Dublin as being in the UK!) and won't allow me change the clinic address on my profile. Please see www.clondalkinfamilypractice.ie for details. Based above Freynes Pharmacy in Clondalkin Village for now. Phone 089 417 4400. We are accepting new patients but may not be able to offer appointments for a week or two to ensure our current patients are successfully transferred across.

My Husband had his first visit in July because we had o changes our Doctor. The one we had for over 30 years retired. Even after the first visit we feel lucky to have been trandsfered over to him as patients. This is my first experiance of a doctor being so personible, he really took the time to go over my husbands medical history.
