Josephine Ricci always listens fully to the problem before making any recommendations. She's well knowledged yet doesn't play the "I know all" card as many other doctors attempt to do. She has a professional yet warm and friendly air about her. For anyone to rate her less than a 5 tells a great deal about their judgement or lack there of. Also the nurses at the Doctor Is In in Phillipsburg, nj are so funny, welcoming and wonderful as well!!

Husband thought he had either a stye or pink eye. He was diagnosed with pink eye, given bacterial drops and worsened over the weekend. Went to an eye doctor who told us he was misdiagnosed at The Doctor Is In. It was a viral infection and not pink eye. Had they only put drops in his eye, and checked him, they would have seen it was not pink eye. We have our fingers crossed no scarring has occurred. I did call their office to let them know what transpired with the thought they could learn from it. I was told the message would be given to her however, that was a week ago and no return call. Very unprofessional! Would never return to The Doctor Is In @ the Phillipsburg location.
