Huge gap in knowledge - despite presented with suspected condition/symptoms, still disregarded and ultimately lead to wasted time & money. Avoid & go with someone else (play it safe)

I have consulted Dr. Jon Sussman after an head injury as out patient. Great man very thoughtful and understanding. I had an episode while he was on holiday the attending physician contacted him and he updated him. Dr. Sussman used to contact me on phone out of office hours to update me for my MRIs, never charged me for those calls.

We saw this man with a relative of ours who was in urgent need of help due to neurological disorders probably from a stroke. We found his bedside manner snooty and terrible and he was inconsiderate to his patient and family. His staff were also unhelpful when we needed to get in touch, being rude on the phone, not returning calls and refusing to provide a medical report. He was unreliable, arrived late with no apologies and showed no interest in follow up. If I could rate this with a zero it would be more appropriate.
