I am very pleased with the care I've received from Dr Wyse over a period of five years. I see him twice a year to monitor my glaucoma, and I appreciate how he takes time to listen to my questions , and to respond to my concerns.

Dr. Wise was not able to recognize a badly torn retina in my left eye. He was unprofessional in that he refused to use the sophisticated equipment that he had on hand to check / confirm his misdiagnosis.
He abruptly ended my eye exam and said go make an appointment for a complete exam. After a month wait, my vision worsening , his associate examined my eye and immediately diagnosed a torn retina. It was torn in two places.

Since changing from a private clinic to Iris, which included new staff, I feel like a walking cheque book. The sales staff make recommendations without asking questions. Not surprisingly, for both my husband and I, the recommendations were always for the most expensive options.
