Amazing, him, his staff, every doctor should strive to be like Dr. Lowenstein and his team. Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. After a lower back and neck surgery I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I can walk, sit, and stand without pain now. I would and have recommended him to my friends!

After seeing several Doctors and ready to give up. He was the only one that new he could help me. I was unable to walk without pain. He looked at the whole, spine no one else did. I would recommend him to everyone.

It’s not often you walk out of a doctor’s appointment feeling comfortable and at ease but that is exactly what happened at our first appointment in Dr. Lowenstein's office. We are extremely lucky to have you as our daughter Surgeon, you were very professional and easy to work with. Thank you for your tremendous skill in performing our Daughter's operation. Your talent and caring manner are a asset to the entire medical profession. We have had countless positive experiences with you and your staff and for that we are grateful. Kaylee is doing great since her surgery and is living a beautiful normal life. Today is 9 months since her surgery.

Tried everything to resolve my nerve pain issues and was told that I could no longer be helped. I came to Dr. Lowenstein with severe nerve pain and he has essentially rebuilt my spine and promised improvement. I know it's different for everyone, but my nerve pain has been reduced by at least 90%. I no longer walk with a cane. I cannot tell you how much this has impacted and improved my quality of life. Thank you Dr. Lowenstein.

Had 2 previous surgeries by other doctors and nothing really seemed to change. I was recommended to dr. Lowenstein by a family member and wish i would have gone there first. I can honestly say he knew what was wrong and the best way to fix it . He explained everything to me , the procedure , the recovery and the follow ups . I went into surgery knowing everything i needed to know and his staff had everything set up so i didn't need to worry about anything and was relaxed the day of surgery. I am half way through my recovery and haven't felt this good in years . I highly recommend him to any one who needs his type of service.

I cannot recommend Dr. Lowenstein and The Advanced Spine Center enough! After many years of not finding the help I needed in RI, I researched spine specialists and came across Dr. Lowenstein. I have been struggling with S-shaped scoliosis for many years and my pain was only getting worse in my forties. Due to my age, I had been told by other specialists that I was not a good candidate for back surgery, so to hear him tell me otherwise was reassuring. Dr. Lowenstein was extremely confident that he could help me. Since the first appointment, Dr. Lowenstein and his team made the process extremely easy. They were accommodating and kind, working around my schedule, which was important to me since I had a three and a half hour commute. I was able to do the MRI’s needed in my home state and he also met with me virtually to answer all of my questions about the operation. I’ve been in recovery for a little over two months now and I am extremely happy with the results. My shoulders are finally even, my hips are aligned and my back is so much straighter. Plus, I’m actually about three inches taller than I was before! Dr. Lowenstein has given me a much better quality of life and I am so thankful both for him and his entire team.

Dr. Lowenstein recently performed a life changing spinal fusion surgery- 13 vertebrates in total to correct my S- shaped scoliosis .At the age of 38 I never imagined this would be my reality but it was my confidence in Dr. Lowenstein and the success of his other patients that made me realize there was no sense delaying the inevitable and I am so glad I didn’t. At each appointment he clearly communicated my current medical state, outlined possible next steps and timelines in a way that was easily digestible and not overwhelming. He made you feel at ease. When it came to my surgery he meticulously described the procedure and what to expect for a recovery. During my hospital stay he and his team conducted several follow up visits ensuring my comfort and recovery was on track. Dr. Lowenstein is an expert in his field, meticulous and passionate about his work and prioritizes the needs of his patients. At 2 months post surgery, I am very pleased with the results and happy that I did it.
