This doctor is an absolute nightmare. I could write a novel on how bad she is. Arrogant, incompetent and extremely dismissive of everything that I had to say. There were times when I could have sworn she was having a breakdown because she wasn’t making any sense.

Worst experience, everytime we go she's very arrogant! She treats me as a lier and leave the room without saying anything many times... She will never listen to you and cut you always when you try to talk!! Taking many time to evaluate the kid, and she's never sure about what he have. Waiting just to change doctor.

Dr. Bomela is very arrogant. She does not take the time to properly listen to your concerns and is quick to accuse. She took my daughter off of her patient list without advising me. She is more concerned about entering data into her spreadsheet than taking care of the patient. Her social skills are the worst. She does not know how to speak to you, rather she speaks down at you in a condescending manner. Her reasoning for removing my daughter from her patient list after asking the secretary to update her information was: because two had past since she last seen my daughter ( during the pandemic where it was impossible to make an appointment) in addition that there were two years of information missing from my daughter’s records (in her system) she made the decision to remove her completely off her patient list. This was done with no empathy and not to mention no referral to another doctor. Rather, she told me to go on the RAMQ website and find me another doctor. Meaning my child is at the bottom of the list waiting for a family doctor because Dr. Bomela’s progress chart was missing “data”. I am appalled and disgusted by her service and people skills. A pedestrian/family doctor is definitely not the best role for her. She is not reassuring nor is she comforting. The is cold and heartless. If you happen to get Bomela as a family doctor, my advice is to run

For 2 years she refused to give my son a referral for a peanut allergy. After his first reaction to peanuts she said she wasn’t convinced and asked for pictures after I expose him again. I did just that and within minutes he got hives, I gave him Benadryl and took pictures. I showed her the pictures and she said it’s not an allergy. I was so scared to give him peanuts, so I avoided them trusting my gut until one day he was exposed to peanut chocolates and he grabbed at his throat and started screaming for medicine gave Benadryl right away. Thank goodness he didn’t need to go to the emergency but I booked an appointment right away with her. I told her I wasn’t leaving without a referral and she started getting upset at me. Telling me that she’s not giving it to me and it’s unethical for her to give me a referral when he doesn’t have an allergy. I did not leave until she gave me the referral. In the referral she herself stated that I came to her several times expressing my concern about the peanut allergy. And saying I was paranoid. She said that my son simply doesn’t like chocolate. The allergy test came back positive for peanut allergy and he must have an EpiPen. I filled a complaint with the order but they concluded that it must have been a misunderstanding. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. YOUR VALID CONCERNS WILL NOT BE HEARD.

TERRIBLE expérience avec ce docteur. Ne parle pas un mot français et son anglais est incompréhensible.

Aucunement à l’écoute des parents. Si jamais c’est votre pédiatre après l’accouchement, demandez de changer. Vous me remercier plus tard !

Pire expérience avec un docteur pour enfant à jour. Manque d’écoute, d’empathie et de coopération. Mon enfant de 3 ans pleurait car elle avait peur, et le médecin restait froide envers elle, se souciait peu de m’aider à la rassurer, avait un ton dégradant et était carrément bête.
Je doute pas de ses compétences médicales, mais sa compétence d’interagir avec un enfant était nulle.
Je suis sortie de ce rendez-vous complètement abasourdi du mauvais service.

She does not have for my child. we did a blood test and she did not bother to inform us that the results were out. That is not the first time she is doing something like that. what if because of her negligence something bad happened to my son. Dr Bomela is not a Doctor you could rely on
