Dr. Heath is an excellent physician and I am very happy with her care. Her office, however, is another story. Her Tech's made an error in a written prescription that another service caught and had given me inaccurate information about my prescription. Twice the office over-charged me for a procedure and it took months and very poor communication from office personnel before a refund was issued. No one should have to repeatedly call an office to get their money back. I advise anyone using Lazenby Eye Care to closely check their billing and if a problem occurs do not hesitate to be a pain in their necks to get it resolved. They acted like I was in the wrong as no one listened to me. I am still angry and am quitting the office because of their poor performance. Again though, Dr. Heath is very good in her practice and I want any reviewers to understand that.
