Staff are courteous. They’re always in time. Always get a reminder about the appointment which very important to me as I sometimes forget. No hassle in submitting claims.

Dr Rai and her team are the best! They take their time and answer all my questions. The front desk girls are very accomodating especially when I have an emergency. I love this office!

In my last visit I was asked to bring my electric toothbrush to see how I did it. The problem was I was not doing it properly. That caused me more cavities. My family dentist is going to check how I do it. Thank you very much !! Never thought that simple instructions on a guide were not enough to have a proper tooth brushing !!

A dentist that cares!!!! I have been to a few dentists and have never been happy. Then I asked a co-worker for recommendations, and she recommended City Heights Dental and Dr Rai. It's a bit far for me, but I thought I would give it a try. BEST DECISION! The team is great, the doctors only recommend what you need and explain why I need specific treatment in words that I understand. It all makes sense. The best part is that they make you feel so welcome. I will definitely be back, and will be bringing my kids here too. Thank you CITY HEIGHTS DENTAL!!
