Five months ago I came to Dr. Ressel to make a set of dentures. After that five months and 6,500.00, what I ended up with is a set of teeth that don’t fit—they literally slide out of my mouth when I attempt to put them in, regardless of the amount of paste I use. Ressel has spent the past month grinding on them, which has done nothing but make them worse. I have repeatedly asked him to fix these problems, but he either doesn’t want to remedy the problem, or doesn’t know how. Frankly, I blame myself for not looking a bit harder at the beginning of this fiasco for a dentist more experienced and sympathetic. Ressel may be able to fix a toothache, but I’d advise you to look elsewhere if you need dentures.
