Scam business. There are better chiropractors in town and better service. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Dr Graham has given me a complete health solution. As an athlete, I was looking for someone to help me with multiple areas of my health. From keeping my brain communicating with my body, to help with eating, moving and thinking by design. My experience has been nothing short of fantastic!

What an amazing Doctor. Dr Graham is very thorough and knows his stuff. He has changed my life...not only through incredible adjustments, but adjustments to my thinking which were holding me back from being truly happy. Thanks Dr. Graham and the awesome staff at ECC.

I have been very impressed by how my care has been managed at ECC. The examination was very in-depth, and the recommendations were very personalized to help me reach my goals. I have noticed lots of positive changes in my body since starting my adjustments with Dr. Graham and it has allowed me to get out of pain, start sleeping better, and have much more energy. I can't thank Dr. Graham and his team enough for helping me. I highly recommend checking this place out if you want to not only get out of pain, but become healthier overall!

Dr Graham has been taking care of my family and we couldn't be more happy. He is extremely knowledgable but also very caring. The staff always welcome us and we love the office space. We really like how he casts of vision of what care will look like for us but there has never been any pressure when it comes to payment - we always pay as we go because it works better for our budget.

What a con artist. The mandatory non-refundable $125 assessment was half completed by an assistant with no chiropractic training (however had years of experience as a vet tech). After which, you're given a binder with a few photos, some customized marketing material, and a quote for your $800 long term treatment plan. No adjustment included with the assessment fee, and he only treats you if you sign on for one of his long term packages which must be paid up front or installment payments. Holistic chiropractic = huge scam. Stay away people: there are better chiropractors in town who conduct themselves ethically and professionally. A formal complaint will soon be made to their professional association.

Dr. Graham Norton's response
Wow, quite the hurtful review! I know you cannot please everyone, but it seems a few things need to be cleared up. Yes, we do charge a fee if someone comes for a new patient visit. Our Chiropractic assistant is actually very well trained. As in most professions, an assistant performs tests that do not require interpretation, only application. This would be like your nurse taking your blood. She is not going to interpret and report on your results but is fully capable of administering the test. Lesley is wonderful at what she does. As for the length of care plans, please refer to the large body of research on Chiropractic Biophysics. There are different approaches in Chiropractic, one being pain based, one being corrective based. Not one is better than the other. Pain based care is geared toward helping you feel better - is often less visits and requires less time, energy, money on your part. Corrective based care is designed to rehabilitate the spine and nervous system as much as possible. Naturally this takes more time, energy, and money. Therefore, if someone is not looking for the service we offer, I recommend that they don't start care in our office. This is out of respect for YOU, as you will benefit more from seeing someone else more in line with what you are looking to receive, or the time and energy you are willing to commit to your care. If it was about money and conning you, anyone would be accepted into the practice under any circumstances regardless of your needs. Sometimes things get misinterpreted and that is always unfortunate. I am sorry you didn't enjoy your experience at our office but we work hard to provide awesome care in the model that we are passionate about.
