Once upon a great while one is fortunate to encounter a medical professional who engenders a warm confidence that one is in good and capable hands, because this doctor’s deep knowledge and understanding of his area of expertise allows him to patiently explain one’s medical condition in a comprehensive yet simple, layman’s terms. Dr. Gok Ratnarajan is one such a doctor. He is an Ophthalmology Fellow at the Western Eye Hospital inauc London, currently working with Dr. Ike Ahmed in the field of minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. I am currently under his professional care and recovering from a successful seemingly innovative glaucoma operation.
