Dr.Crosby has an excelent bedside manner. He answers any questions you may have and provides good followup care.He shows a genuine concern for his patients and explains the pros and cons of back surgery. He also does't sugar coat any truths and makes no promises concerning the effectivness of the procedures but gives you a clear rating of success by his personal experiances.I would recommend him to anyone needing back sugery and I will use him again should the need to arise. He does not force or scare you into the surgery. He simply gives you the truth and makes a recomendation as to what procedure he deems best for your particular needs. His staff is very polite and caring as well and they all have a wonderful sense of humor and make the experiance as plesent as posible.
