Love Dr Horne and Brittany. Been with them for years. Quality if life would not have been as good. I've had multiple issues over the years and they have always worked with me for a solution. My only complaint is sometime communication by phone isn't too good.

Will not return phone calls. Absolutely doesn't care about her patients. Have left 5 messages over a month or two and have yet to receive a return call. How is that carrying

Very professional and cares for her patients. She does the epidural injections and I feel so much better. I would recommend her to anyone that’s needs a good pain management.

I recommend this doctor and her nurse practitioner to anyone seeking help for their chronic pain. I was having sciatic pain and she recommended a couddle injection. This helped a great deal for that problem. She also helped me with other spinal problems as well. I am very glad that she is my pain management doctor.

Took my mother in law for treatment of pain related to osteoporosis she recommended 3 epidural steroid injections then a follow up after that. Once those were completed she told us if we needed her to call. Well we did and can’t reach anyone. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message for a call back they never call back. Received an electronic statement after leaving a voicemail for a $50 fee for missing an appointment. She was never scheduled an appointment that we were aware of, no call, no message, no appointment card. I would not recommend this doctor at all

She has a very bad anger problem! Won’t let you talk! Very unprofessional! Loves the money aspect! She could be a very fine help to society, but refuses to see her faults! I pray she will see herself as she is and work on it! But if I were you I would seek else where! God Bless her and her staff! Be not deceived, for what so ever a man soweth, THAT SHALL HE ALSO REAP!!

I went for severe back and hip pain had an epidural and now I can walk pain free. Love Dr Gaylyn I recommend her to all my friends.

The Dr is very great with communication, and explaining everything so that it could be understood. Does not try pushing thing or procedures on you. Give you treatment options and let’s you decide.

Would give this group 10 stars if I could- five doesnt give them credit for all their hard work with precertifying my procedures and making extra calls to radiology to ensure I had my MRI in time.
