Let's be clear - Dr Garg himself is wonderful.

But I find it hard to call the office because the receptionist leaves me ridden with anxiety. She can be short, sharp abrasive and unhelpful and very quick to hang up on you.

Also asked how much medication I had left to determine to the severity or importance of my phone call and or need to contact my dr - which I found a bit invasive.

Absolutely shocking reception staff. So rude, uninterested, and rushing to get off of the phone, before you can even ask all your questions. Never had a pleasant interaction with them at all.
Makes you feel very unheard, unvaluable and of no interest to the practice.

Our son told us something wasn’t right with him when he started middle school. At the same time he was sociable, good in sports, never had problems at school and grades were ok. Come high school though, he was a different kid and we recognized something was amiss. It took us some time and finally someone suggested to visit him. It took some time to see him but we are at peace we made the right choice. Our son is happy, made incredible change education wise in time to graduate high school, has a healthy social life again, and our family life is stronger. We thank Dr. Gargand his incredible staff for all the support and guidance. The knowledge he has provided and the support from his staff have helped us every step of the way

Generally, I don’t like to write review, however, thought to share my experience about DPP and Dr Garg.

Admin staff needs improving with timely communication to patients and could be a little more polite.

Good facility and ease to attend as it’s our of working hours ( don’t have to miss work or school.

Appointment times are a bit of wait, however, it was worth the wait to see Dr Garg for our son.
Pleasant gentleman, engaged our son well and allowed him to develop trust in him and at the same time keeping parents informed and involved as clinically appropriate.

Very satisfied, apart from admin issues

Great experience! Listened, involved family, provides information, gives options about treatment and if unsure inform you accordingly . Appointment times are lengthy, however, are worth the wait.

Did not waste our time, got an appointment within a matter of weeks (12 months later still waiting to hear back other specialists). Was straight onto diagnosis with a follow up appointment several weeks later. Seamless. And he is lovely!

Caring, helpful, knowledgeable. Dr. Garg has had such an overwhelmingly positive influence on my life. I've gone for from feeling like every day is an endless soul crushing grind, to energised and ready for the challenge. He's helped me with a condition that was undiagnosed for decades that has allowed me to identify and manage problem behaviours, without feeling like I'm constantly failing myself and letting people down.
