Dr. Fu did my nose surgery a few months ago and the results are terrific. I couldn't be happier with my breathing. Compared to other doctors I have seen, he is so patient, kind, and skilled. Recommended him highly to all my friends and family.

I am no where happy with my service. Dr. Fu is very knowledgeable, however I had a terrible post surgery experience. When I first got my surgery date, I was asked to respond that I acknowledge the date. I replied with my acknowledgement and asked if I needed to see him prior. I didn't get a response. After my surgery, I was in a considerable amount of pain but didn't want to take the oxy prescribed. I emailed and asked if there was something less strong but stronger than OTC that I could take - no response. After my follow up appointment, I still had a great deal of pain. I discovered a large cut on one side that didn't exist on the other. I called and asked to be seen by Dr. Fu and left a message. It has been a week since I called and still haven't heard back from them. I was going to give 5 stars as initially they were great but they dropped the ball on my post surgery follow up.

I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Fu. He cuts to the chase, does not beat around the bush, and is also very kind and courteous. He did my sinus and septoplasty surgery and improved my breathing greatly. He called me and saw me several times to ensure I healed up well. Thank you Dr. Fu!!

Dr. Fu performed my thyroid surgery in January. He did a great job, the cancer was removed entirely and I recovered in a few days with no issues. He did a beautiful job with the repair and the scar is invisible. Dr. Fu is an amazing doctor, lovely bedside manner, skilled, and professional. Highly recommended!

Dr. Fu is amazing. He is kind, approachable, knowledgable, personable, and great at what he does.

His receptionist are terrible. They've hung up on me, they've put me on hold and let me go, they've had full inboxes, they're hard to get a hold of, they send mixed messages, there seems to be at least two of them and they don't communicate well between each other.

I recommend Dr. Fu find new receptionists or put systems in place to help them.

Dr. Fu was beyond my expectations! He operated on my 5 year old son (tonsils/adenoids) and made sure that the whole process was a positive experience from start to finish! He was so personable and professional! Couldn’t have had a more positive experience!

I had a septoplasty performed by Dr. Fu (who also provided initial diagnosis, pre-operative consultation, and post-operative follow up). My experience was consistently positive. Dr. Fu was attentive, considerate, patient, and to the point. I was comfortable and confident with Dr. Fu performing the surgery. I also required an additional follow up appointment that he accommodated on a very short notice (I believe he had to schedule me in just before his normal office hours, which was very much appreciated).

Dr fu corrected issues for me after a bad fall so it was an emergency appointment and he got me in within 1 day! And then completed my surgery within months. He also did my 2.5 yr old sons tonsils and adenoids he no longer snores and is doing wonderful. He came out of the surgery well and was released from hospital within the same day. The nurses faved about how well his patients are coming out of surgery and recovering. Highly recommend.
