Dr. Lovegrove is a very knowledgeable, caring physician with a warm bedside manner. She explains your condition and treatment options in terms that you can understand. Her staff are friendly and efficient.

I got in very quickly. I had a psoriasis outbreak after having strep. She didn’t even ask to see any of the spots and when I showed her the worst off it which happens to be on my thighs she looked shocked that I was taking off my pants. I did tell her that the prednisone my gp prescribed worked well and she continued the script as she felt the tapper should be extended. I have a follow up which I’ll return for just hope if it’s not cleared up she does a proper exam.

My skin is finally clearing of psorisis thanks to this excellent docor. She listens to patients and makes the profer choice for medication if your on medication so there are no side effects. I would recommend her to anyone.

She has no bed side manners. She is rude and blunt. She wasn’t nice to my teenager . She should be nice to kids. She isn’t!! She also dosne’t Listen. She Dosen’t spend more then a few minutes with you. She gets her staff in training to spend more time with you. If I didn’t need to go to her I would be looking somewhere else. Her missed fees are $70.00 in case you wondered.

I wouldn’t recommend for minor issues. Did not wash nor sanitize hands prior to inspecting my skin. Neither did her student dr. Not good practice considering she can easily transfer her own germs and patient germs to you.

Dr. Lovegrove is great!! She is really nice and personable! I was expecting an unfriendly doctor but she was smiling and kind. Her physician assistant was very thorough and explain things very well. I was expecting to be waiting hours but they took me in within 15 mins of my arrival! Her front desk staff are sweet and always smiling as well! Overall this office is awesome. The only issue is the parking, some guy didn't know how to pay and cause I huge pile up in the parking lot where he had to back up where there was no room to back up!

I found Dr. Lovegrove to be absolutely fantastic. She is compassionate, very knowledgeable and very approachable. I was referred to her for a small problem, but she caught a more serious one because she just gave me the "once-over", even though she was not required to do so. She follows up via telephone or email as promised, and she always answers my questions and addresses all my concerns during her thorough examinations. She has a happy, reassuring predisposition and a healthy sense of humour, despite her all-serious Ph.D. I recommend her without reservation.
