I was referred to Dr. Lovegrove but never received a phone call or letter regarding my appointment time. Dont bother calling them because they will not call you back.

It seems as though she doesn't care, or at least it felt that way when I was seen by Dr. Lovegrove. I was referred to her by my GP for medical reasons and by the time I was able to get an appointment with Fiona Lovegrove, she walked into the room and told me she was closing my case because the problem was inactive. She did not ask to or pull my mask out of the way, she didn't even ask to see the issue - I had to insist to pull my mask down. I understand this was at the beginning of COVID, but really consider the fact that she was taking on appointments she clearly could not handle during COVID and was unwilling to even LOOK at in-person medical issues as a *Dermatologist*. She recc'd microneedling at her office. I later found out that microneedling can't be done with the condition my skin is in. It has been a year since she said my case was "closed", and while the infection is gone (thanks to my GP), my face is covered in hyperpigmentation, hard lumps and is hyper sensitive - problems I never had before this mystery medical issue. This was a description of the service I received for a non-life-threatening medical issue at Dr. Lovegrove's office, hope it's been helpful.

Not a very good experience. disinterests, not my problem attitude. why do you become a doctor when you clearly show no empathy and care towards patients. It is hard to hide the privilege you feel you are entitled to compare to others. you don't need a dermatologist medical degree to say what you said while spending 5 mins with us. You clearly don't need to be put patients first. If she represents the dermatologist doctors in London, it can't be more white privileged.

My experience with Dr Lovegrove was / is quite informative and thorough. The staff are always courteous and my appointments kept to the scheduled time. After my first visit, I received 2 follow up calls and scheduled 2 more appointments. I find Dr Lovegrove herself to be pleasant and knowledgeable. She didn't jump to a conclusion but rather approached my affliction via process of elimination, starting with the least invasive treatment first. Her demeanour and professional staff makes each visit stress free.

I am really really happy with the results . Dr Fiona removed the birth mark from my chin so nicely that no one could tell that was ever there.

I was referred here 2 year ago. I had a small growth on my left shoulder blade area. This Dr. said it was nothing to worry about. It has now turned black and is twice the size and causing pain. It should have been removed when I went to her. She treated me like I was a hypochondriac who was wasting her time. Do NOT go to this doctor. ..ever ! Useless twit.

I chose this doctor because she has a 5 star rating elsewhere. I have no idea how! I needed help with severe acne and I was excited for my appointment with her, thinking/hoping she would help me get to the root cause of the problem. She didn’t GAF. She was disinterested in my questions that she had no answer for, other than a shrug. I needed answers. I got a cream. So much for going to a reputable dermatologist for answers/solutions. Find someone else or do your own research. This is a dead end waste of time, very unfortunately.

Not good. I had an appointment referral to see Dr. Fiona Lovegrove since January 2020. A week before my appointment in July, they changed the doctor I was supposed to see to another dermatologist in this building and would not keep the original referral with Dr. Fiona Lovegrove. Will have to wait another two months if I’d like to see her.

I'm not sure how she passed classes but she fails on all aspects. If a patient comes to you with severe problems of the skin, DO SOME TESTS to rule out the causes, don't just throw creams and medications at the problem to see what may or may not stick!! Horrible.
