Be careful with this group - if you do not adhere to "their" scheduling they will discard you as a client.

This doctor does not do a complete body exam to see whether you have any skin cancer. She only sees what you point out to her or what the referral doctor requests as to why the patient is referred. Her judgement process is flawed. She accompanies the "specialist dermatologist" she has recently employed to do her work so she can double bill the appointment; that is, she oversees the doctor perform her exam and biopsy.
Find another dermatologist who actually cares and knows what they are doing. She isn't worth the five minutes she'll give you during your appointment after waiting a year.

I waited almost a year to see Dr, Lovegrove. She spent no more than 5 minutes with me and when I went to ask another question she just walked out the door and shut the door. She did not look closer at my cancer spots nor did she check anywhere else on my body. Feeling very lost and totally ignored from this doctor. I will have to travel outside London possibly to find a dermatologist that cares and won’t take a year to get an appointment, Has our medical in Canada really sunk this low?

I have been seeing Dr. Lovegrove for over a year now for my ezcema and she has been professional, empathetic, and punctual every visit! She cares a lot about her patients and is very concise when she tells you about your treatment and next steps!

My Mother was covered in scoriasis from top to bottom. Dr Lovegrove and her staff were amazing and chose the right treatment. My Mom is now completely clear of any scoriasis plaques. They were Professional, on time and very knowledgeable. An excellent experience.

Have been to Dr. Lovegrove with my son for acne treatment. She is patient, kind and very empathetic. She listened to his concerns and suggested the appropriate treatment and follow up for him. He is happy with his results. Would highly recommend.

Had to see Dr. Lovegrove for what turned out to be an allergic reaction to bed bugs. If there was a Nobel prize for patience, she'd get it. I'm terrified of needles and had to get a biopsy. She went the full distance by buffering / titrating the local down to something that didn't sting and we basted with a topical Emla and of course eventually a local. End result was a painless procedure. Her receptionist is a real sweetheart also.

All of the staff has always been really nice, however, it's impossible to get an appointment. After treatment my skin issue still hasn't been resolved or properly diagnosed and whenever I call it appears they have no reason/time to fit me in. I now live in a different country and will probably have a better response here.

Dr. Lovegrove is nice and helpful but its extremely frustrating trying to make appointments with this clinic because they never seem to return calls or pick up the phone 🤷‍♂️ despite there being several admin staff in the waiting area....I dont understand how a clinic can operate this way!

A helpful and informative first visit with Dr. Lovegrove. I liked the fact that she appreciated my sense of humour! It was worth the drive from Stratford to London.
