Professor Feras is an excellent Doctor. My surgery and recovery went very smoothly and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He listen to all my questions, made me feel heard and valued.

My whole experience with Dr Feras and his team was so positive and I am so grateful that I finally met the right Doctor after many years of wrong turns. First point of contact was with Geraldine who is an absolute lady, not only is she highly professional but she is empathetic and kind, a wonderful person to meet when you may be nervous and concerned.
After my first consultation with Dr Feras I could feel a weight lift from me as I knew this would be a turning point for me and it has been, a diagnostic procedure and surgery followed and a six week follow up and at every point of my journey Dr Feras was so professional, open to questions, caring and reassuring. He has a natural ability to put you at ease and I never had any doubt that I was getting the best care, I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Feras.

Dr Feras and his team were extremely courteous, understanding and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me at my appointment and understanding I was nervous, put me at ease and gave both myself n my partner as much time as we needed to ask questions about what was going on. And even though, I forgot to ask some questions, I was able to email the team with them and he kindly rang me the next day personally to talk me through the answers to the questions I had asked.
Even though I'm no longer under his care, he was very kind and helpful

The care and kindness shown by Dr Feras was just fantastic,I had surgery on December 2nd 22 and am delighted that Dr Feras was my surgeon after 6 weeks and a check up from Dr Feras in starting to feel myself again .Geraldine was also fantastic so professional and helpful and kind .fantastic hospital and all staff who cared for me .

Dr Feras is an exceptionally kind, caring and supportive practitioner. He is values-led and shares his advice without imposing his opinion, in a very clear and easily understood manner.
I trusted him from my initial meeting and always felt I was being looked after to an exceptional level. Following very poor experiences with female GPs it was so refreshing to be believed, heard and understood by Dr Feras. I had a full hysterectomy, have followed his guidance to the letter and am on a very positive road to full recovery. My only regret is that I had not known about him years earlier.
I would also like to thank Geraldine , a fabulous person, always friendly, patient and caring, with no question or issue too big or small. You couldn't have a better welcome when facing into difficult decisions and her calm, professional efficiency was wonderful.
So grateful to them both and can't recommend their care highly enough...definitely 5 star treatment 😊
