Dr. Waseem Kamran changed my life- He Really cares about his patients, he was warm, friendly and compassionate from the very 1st appointment. I knew I had gone to the right place and was in good hands. He listened to all my concerns and didn't judge me.

I had been suffering with Pelvic Pain for 11 years, it got particularly bad once I came off the Pill as I wanted to have a baby. I was having severe constipation, bloating and extreme pain during ovulation. After 5 Transvaginal Exams, an MRI, Colonoscopy the doctors kept diagnosing me with IBS. Eventually I went to see Dr. Waseem Kamran he carried out another transvaginal exam and straight away said I think you have Adenomyosis. I feel like you really need to go to someone who specializes in this area as it can be so difficult to detect. 3 weeks later I had a laparoscopy , and he said in 3 months time you will write to tell me you're pregnant. I was pregnant 3 months later and I am due my baby next month. If you are suffering don't hesitate to make an appointment with him. It was the best decision I ever made.

An incredible Doctor - understanding, kind, helpful and do dedicated to his job. He took time to explain my predicament which was a mass on my left ovary which had to be removed by open surgery. I can’t speak highly enough about Mr Kamran - I would advise any woman who has concerns to talk to him - he’s amazing. Thank you Mr Kamran you saved my life !!

I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in Aug 2022 by Mr Kamran. The care I received was exceptional & following the hysterectomy I the attended St Luke’s in Rathgar for Bracytherapy. I couldn’t thank everyone enough & if I have any concerns I just phone up. The follow up care is excellent. I would like to thank all the staff who work with Mr Kamran especially Tina CNS.

Having had a failed 3 hour laparoscopic surgery in a public hospital for separation of significant adhesions/scar tissue around the ovary/ligament/womb area which were causing severe constant pain such that I was on significant doses of the strongest opioids, on leave from work for over a year, and with zero quality of life, I heard about Dr Kamran through an endometriosis support group.

Within 2 months of my first consultation with him, he performed another laparoscopy during which he found a dense fibrotic mass and other adhesions around the area previously operated on which was significantly trapping nerves in the area.

Within 6 weeks of the surgery, the severe constant pain I had had for 1.5 years was gone and I was off all medication. He monitored and scanned me in subsequent visits, and felt I wouldn't have recurring pain or issues. I've been almost afraid to jinx things by posting this review, but 1.5 years later, I am still pain free and I have my life back.

So many women in this country have been condescended to (or worse, gaslit) by doctors, particularly in the area of endometriosis and gynaecology, and told they should learn to live with the pain and there is nothing to be done, or suggested to have a hysterectomy (as I was with a totally normal womb and ovaries, with only scar tissue from suspected ruptured cysts); it is bordering on scandal.

I can't rate Dr Kamran highly enough. I haven't read all these reviews but I see there are so many, and that's no surprise. He is a most excellent, thorough and kind surgeon. I am so grateful to him. And recommend him without reservation.

Dr.Kamran has changed my life. I had undiagnosed endometriosis and have been trying to convince for 3.5yrs and no one could tell me why it wasn't happening until I met Dr.Kamran. After the surgery he told me I would concieve in 3 months and I did. I am 3 months pregnant now and so grateful to him and his team. I also had chronic back pain which is also gone so I am extremely grateful. Keep the faith and Dr.Kamran is definitely the top doctor in Ireland in my opinion

I met with Mr kamran back in May. I was referred by my current clinic as suspected endometriosis. He explained the procedure and what would be done to investigate. He gave me all the time in the world to decide if its what I wanted to do. 3 years trying to conceive I felt it was my last resort. I went in for my laparoscopy 3 days ago and it was absolutely the best decision I made. He found the issues and dealt with then there and then. We still have hope and i am so thankful for this and I cannot thank him enough for his help and dedication. A very nice and understanding man.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Kamran for performing the tumor removal surgery and making the right decision to remove a larger portion than initially planned. I have never felt more at ease than I do now, with Dr. Kamran as my primary gynecologist. He is very kind and professional.

I was referred for surgery after years of GP's appointments and scans which I was always told that everything was normal .I went to see Dr. Kamran and was booked in for laparoscopic Hysterectomy surgery. The relief at knowing years of pain and illness would be eventually be dealt with. His consultation and examinations were thorough and I knew I was in the best care possible. My recovery after my surgery was 6 weeks and now a few months later I have energy and I am pain free. I would like to take this time to thank Dr. Kamran and his team , I was so nervous going in for surgery and everyone made me feel extremely settled and all of the nursing staff were so reassuring and comforting.

Mr Kamran is an extremely skilled surgeon and I am delighted with the surgery he performed on me. I had two large fibroids removed. He talked me through the procedure and everything went without complications and recovery was smooth. Highly recommended.
